A Wholehearted Holiday: Gifts for Him

Okay, so I’m publishing a bonus gift guide by popular demand –  Gifts for Him!

While there is so much information out there about great, ethical products for women, it can be notoriously difficult to shop for the men in your life. Below, I’ve rounded up ten items that I think they’ll love. For what it’s worth, I did have my husband, Matt, review my picks and give them the seal of approval before sharing them with you.

1. Krochet Kids Hudson Long-Sleeved Hooded Shirt

I keep wanting to describe this shirt as “foxy” so let’s just go with that. This lightweight take on the hoodie is perfect for layering and is ethically-made in Peru. Matt has a couple of shirts similar to this and he really likes them.

2. Veja V-10 Flannel Sneakers

These vegan Veja sneakers have a seasonal flannel detail (made of recycled cotton and polyester) and are ethically made in Brazil of vegan suede and natural rubber.

3. United by Blue Polaris Fleece Throw Blanket

Bring the great outdoors in with this recycled polyester constellation blanket.

4. Tense Hampton Watch

Matt and I love our Tense watches. This all-wooden version is nice for winter, and is ethically made in Canada of reclaimed wood.

5. Everlane Merino Ski Sweater

Everyone loves a good Fair Isle sweater in the winter. This one is part of a limited-run by Everlane (featuring two different patterns), and is made of extra fine Italian wool.

6. Pact Thermal Drawstring Sleep Pant

I had to start bringing the holiday colors into this guide, and these pants from Pact fit the bill. They’re made of 100% organic cotton. Let’s get cozy.

7. Yeti 14 oz. Camp Mug

Cut down on plastic with this Yeti mug. This camp mug has a double-wall, vacuum-insulated body to protect hands from heat and cold while keeping the contents well-insulated.

8. Apolis Weather-Proof Quilted Blazer

An investment piece he’ll wear for years to come, this Apolis blazer is weather proof and fairly-made in Portugal.

9. Brave Gentleman Chelsea Boot

This is my favorite item on the list, yet it is also the one thing Matt thought I should swap out. So interpret that how you will – haha! These vegan boots are fairly made in Brazil using Future-leather, a supple, durable, Italian-milled, EU Ecolabel Certified, Hi-Tech PU.

10. Boody Bamboo Boot Sock

Boots need socks. These bamboo ones are thick and moisture-wicking, and come highly-recommended by my friend Andrea (@acjarrett).
