Hi everyone – hope you’re all doing well, what a few weeks it has been since I last posted here!
Wanted to check in and share a bit about what I’ve been up to, especially if you don’t keep up with me on Instagram.

I voted, and was proud to cast my ballot in support of the environment, racial equity, healthcare and the belief that all people on American soil should be treated with dignity. I’m really excited about our new President and Vice President.
Matt and I celebrated our three year wedding anniversary on October 14th, and had a fantastic staycation at the Delamar!
Isn’t it gorgeous! We had beautiful fall weather, great food and a lot of laughs together.
Besides those two events, I have been working really hard on a few projects at work, which have left me pretty drained by the end of the day. So that’s why I haven’t posted a lot of content here. It has honestly been really tough, and I’ve had a lot of depression relapses, so there have been a lot of days where I haven’t gotten dressed. I am doing okay though, but it seemed worth mentioning since I’ve taken such a break from my site.
When I haven’t been working, I’ve been resting, and have gotten through a few more books on my to-read list! You can follow me on Goodreads to see what I’m reading. I had a lot of intentions to read climate and sustainability books this year, but since the year was so tough I ended up opting for mostly fiction instead.

Right now, I’m working on some fall and winter outfits to share with you all – I shot some photos over the weekend with my favorite photographer to work with! You can see the last time we collaborated here.
I am also working on gift guides! I’ve approached the holidays in a few different ways in the past, from posting a series of gift guides to simply updating my Shop page. This year I’m going to be somewhere in the middle, and am planning to update the Shop page as well as post guides for Gifts Under $100, Sustainable Home and Sustainable Fashion.
